Redesign of the Search module

Hello,

the Search module (which is a submodule of the Utilities module) is under 
a heavy redesign. It should allow searching through the structure of 
projects. There are also other reasons for the redesign. You can read more

Note: The document is not complete yet but the concept is described there 
and that is the most important part at the moment.
