PROJECTS: synchronized with main trunk

Hi,

I've synchronized projects prototype build with main trunk (tag 
merged-to-projects-2003-Oct-14). The projects build now includes all 
modules from stable configuration in main trunk except of:

- those which projectization is still pending - beans
- those which are obsolete/killed - javacvs, web/advanced, web/jspdebug, 
web/taglibed, tomcatint/bundledtomcat, tomcatint/tomcat40, 
tomcatint/tomcat40autocompile, vcscvs/compat
- those which just don't compile for no apparent reason - applet, 
monitor, j2eeserver/deprecated

Please, double check these above lists especially the list of 
obsolete/killed modules if they are correct. Also, module owners of 
applet, monitor and j2eeserver/deprecated modules, please look at what's 
wrong with those modules. I guess the j2eeserver/deprecated belongs to 
list of obsolete/killed modules.

Also, please, update your sources according to instructions in 
http://projects.netbeans.org/proposals/prototype/index.html or use the 
auto-build.xml automated build script.
