I don't have access to the Update Center server, but I'll
write to its maintainer. Unlike the Daily Alpha Update server,
where bits are built automatically every day, the 3.4 update
center is updated by hand (since 3.4 is frozen). In the past
they've put bits on there when I've requested it, but I guess
they have been accidentally deleted.

It may take a few days though.
