"Scrambling Third Party Files"
http://nbbuild.netbeans.org/scrambler.html

says:

To add a new third-party file:

   1. Get assurances that you have permission to host the file on
netbeans.org at all. [email protected] may be used to ask for
      permission.

You should get a legal file index number (LFI #) which can be used
in the future to refer to the details of this permission.

This e-mail is a request for permission to host a file on netbeans.org.
More specifically, I want to hose "jtidy" (an HTML error checker):
  http://sourceforge.net/projects/jtidy
This would become part of one of the optional tasklist modules.
The specific file I want to host is

http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=13153&release_id=46326
(except I've made a couple of minor changes to it to be able to use
it from the tasklist; some protected fields were made public, and
the print routines were changed to provide the ability to plug in
a report listener).

The license looks very open to being used in other tools:

  Java HTML Tidy - JTidy
  HTML parser and pretty printer
