[tasklist] branch management

As you may now, we now have a "release35" branch for tasklist.
I would prefer to keep the trunk, and release35 perfectly synchronized.
Unlike the release34 branch, we shouldn't need to do anything special
in the release35 code to make the modules work. 

Please note however that the release35 branch is (or soon will be)
under high resistance. Which means it's feature frozen. No more features,
just bug fixes (and only for P1s and P2s). The exact rules will be
posted to nbdev by the release coordinator (Trung) I think.

So if you're planning some additional features, discuss them
on this alias first. Most likely they'll have to stay in the trunk
(and then merging becomes slightly harder).

Since I don't think the buglist is proposed for inclusion in 3.5
it probably doesn't have to follow the same rules.
