Two new developers

There are two new developers on the tasklist module:
Tim Lebedkov and Trond Norbye.

Tim contributed a fix such that HTML export now
properly includes (and indents) subtasks.

Trond fixed the bug with reordered columns not
getting reordered in the exported HTML, and wrote
a new Source Scanner for the tasklist editor module.

Tim and Trond, feel free to introduce yourselves.

Also, since I'm not the only developer anymore, it
might be good to coordinate our efforts on this alias.
So if you plan to work on something, bring it up here
first so that we don't work on the same thing, and more
importantly, so that we agree on what should be done.
