release34 branch now supported

I've branched tasklist such that there is a release34
branch. You can use that if you want to build tasklist
with NetBeans 3.4 (the trunk had the new unscrambler
changes in the antfile so was incompatible with 3.4).

cvs co -r release34 tasklist

I'm going to ask Rudolf to get tasklist added to the
3.4 daily alpha server.
