No! Seriously though, is this a big deal? I haven't seen giant mails
with multiply nested replies within. Sometimes having a little context
rather than just a line helps. (I know posting replies above rather
than below is what some RFC calls for, but personally I find that 
annoying - when I reply I have to scroll down, and when I read I
have to scroll down. When replying at top, the reply is immediately
available and some context is available below. For long posts, trimming
is obviously desirable.
