[tasklist] Bringing compiler submodule to the people

Hi Tor,

Compiler submodule does not have any known errors now so I would ask you 
to make it more public:

-at least add it to the downloads section on tasklist.netbeans.org
-add "compiler" to the list of bugzilla submodules
-update tasklist.netbeans.org
.....

Should I write a help file for it or help you somehow?
