[tasklist] Bugzilla and 3.4

Tor, 
I just merged the bug code into the 3.4 baseline.  Hopefully I didn't
break anything...;)  I resolved all the conflicts before checkin, so it
souldn't break.  Can you let me know when you put up a new tarball?  I
want to let people here at work get it.
