[tasklist] Category collapse on parse

I love the tasklist, but one thing is driving me insane when I use it.  The
collapsing categories are nice, but they definitely shouldn't collapse every
time the source is parsed (at least, in my opinion).  They should only
collapse when I collapse them.  This gets to be quite annoying when you are
trying to tackle a long list of PMD or compiler errors.

Is changing this something I should file as an RFE, or is it already
planned?
