Re: 4.0 changes

Hi Tor,

what are the differences between these two branches now?
If they are not so big we can declare main branch to be a 3.4 branch, close
3.4 branch and reopen it later (January?) cleaning also all APIs
For me is NB 3.4 more important than 4.0.
