[tasklist] Tasklist with nb3.5

Dear, I installed NB3.5 on my pc, and downloaded the tasklist module.
But I can't see the Rule Checking nor the HTML Errors.
I installed AFTER the PMD module. Restart it. But not yet Rule Checking.
I disable the module tasklist.
Then, enable it.
Not yet Rule Checking.

So, can someone explain me how can I obtain the Rule Checking and the 
HTML Errors.
