Any progress been made / decisions made on Scarab integration?

Just curious.  I don't know how much time I would have to contribute, but I
am extremely interested in this.  Opening up to Scarab would allow more
people to use the bug-tracking integration features (i.e. those stuck in
Windows environments ...)   Let me know what is happening, and what, if
anything could you use help with?
