It looks like you've installed the tasklist-checkstyle module?
Note that this module is really "bleeding edge" (I wrote an e-mail
on this alias a while ago explaining some of the difficulties
integrating checkstyle; for example, they don't have a way to
run checks on streams so it can only check the on-disk version
of the buffer, etc.)

Anyway, the tasklist-checkstyle module should NOT have been
part of the distribution yet. It's not for the trunk version,
but it IS accidentally in the 3.5 version.  OUCH!
However, only part of the module is there; that's why you're
getting the class loader failures.

To fix this, go remove  modules/eager/tasklist-checkstyle.jar.

I should go fix the download bundle but I'm really swamped these
days.  But this is really really bad so OK, I'll go fix it right
away.

After removing the partial module, do you still get the other
exceptions?
