Note that this module is really "bleeding edge" (I wrote an e-mail on this alias a while ago explaining some of the difficulties integrating checkstyle; for example, they don't have a way to run checks on streams so it can only check the on-disk version of the buffer, etc.) Anyway, the tasklist-checkstyle module should NOT have been part of the distribution yet. It's not for the trunk version, but it IS accidentally in the 3.5 version. OUCH! However, only part of the module is there; that's why you're getting the class loader failures. To fix this, go remove modules/eager/tasklist-checkstyle.jar. I should go fix the download bundle but I'm really swamped these days. But this is really really bad so OK, I'll go fix it right away. After removing the partial module, do you still get the other exceptions? -- Tor > > The problems appear to start aftr the NPE at > org.openide.explorer.view.JTreeTableView. > > After I get these the tasklist module does not update the suggestions > window, and I get exceptions throw when I do almost anything (copy paste > type ...) > > Is this a tasklist problem? > is there a fix or workaround? > > > I am using NB 3.5 final, latest 3.5 dev build of tasklist ( I think), > jdk 1.4.2, windows 2000 > > > Mike > > This mailbox protected from junk email by Matador > from MailFrontier, Inc. http://info.mailfrontier.com > <http://info.mailfrontier.com/> > > > > > ------------------------------------------------------------------------ > > --------------------------------------------------------------------- > To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] > For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
