tasklist/pmd build stuff - FYI

Having got permission to keep PMD (lib and NB module, both from 
pmd.sf.net) scrambled in cvs.netbeans.org, I am creating a dummy wrapper 
module contrib/pmd-nb-wrapper, and making tasklist/pmd build against 
that (and depend on v. 0.90 of the module). I also plan to put both 
modules into the daily dev alpha AU module list. Upshot: tasklist/pmd 
will be on dev alpha AU, built daily.

The legal request for PMD did not ask for it to be includable in the NB 
standard distribution (only alpha AU), so if there is any desire to put 
tasklist/* into the standard distro, a separate legal request will need 
to be opened for PMD. Cf. (somewhat old) thread on nbdiscuss.
