Can't say I'm in for this idea. 
I'm only interested in the file I'm currently working on.
Every now and again a static list for a folder and contents I desire, 
but the whole project consists of many files that are not my area and
direct responsibility, this would result in my suggestions being lost in
the projects suggestions.

ps It might be nice to have dynamic list for multiple folders, then I
could highlight packages I'm responsible for and keep that suggestion
window open.
