How to contribute

I just readed in nbdiscuss that tasklist will be integrated into nb3.6. I would like to contribute in any way. For example, to update/complete the Javadoc. To write somes Junit tests. To contribute somes code. If you remember, begin of year I asked to have possibility to have a "Export to XML" function. And if it's always in the actuality, I will have 10 days of Java's personal study. Maybe it's time to practice it within the tasklist module.
