Hello,

given feedback I got on recent TODOs implementation
(even the performance optimized one) I plan to create
some last minute changes eliminating major usability
problems.

Briefly: All Files option should disappear and it
should be replaced by Selected Folder option. It'll
allow user to explicitly set scanned context (using
a chooser) instead of all filesystems or project.

Revised UI spec should appear tomorrow, implementation
on Friday. It's current plan.
