Might be nice, but I am mainly interested in the document I am editing 
right now. If I delete a block of code that was the last user of an 
import statement, I want to soon see that the import can be removed. If 
I start typing something that is in bad style, I want to know that soon, 
so I can correct it, before I do it again.

At least this is what I have found after using Suggestions for a while 
in everyday coding. I'm not using it at the moment because it seems the 
latest version on AU always has some P1-P2 bug (sometimes fixed in CVS 
but I'm too lazy to build it).

If there is a good way to browse through suggestions without there being 
a suggestions view open, and with the feature being unobtrusive but 
visible, that would be great; but I am not sure quite how it would work.

Of course - only suggesting the option to turn off these things and 
leave them in a context menu, not making that the default. (Try using a 
1024x768 screen for a few days and you will see what I mean!)
