Excellent. ++vote to Jesse's comment on being able to view suggestions
window when source is maximised.

All. Preferably with option to turn off per suggestion module.

Separate windows for TaskList, Suggestions, Bugs.
Would be nice to have all in one window, or to have one global window
(containing Tasklist, Bugs, and all project's suggestions), and one
current file suggestions window.
(Commenting on Jesse's reply, I very much like the categorisation,
especially of low priority suggestions like javadoc. Although the sort by
line number functionality sounds useful!)
