Is anyone really taking these patents seriously? Have any of these patents
been tested in court yet? Take for example microsoft's timed mouse click.
It seems plain stupid and really is quite funny to most people, does the
US court system really not possess the same common-sense?

ps Should i lodge a patent covering "opening one's mouth and making sounds
originating at the throat" before microsoft takes it?
