Hello Tim,

I'm looking at your prototyped code handling issue lists
stored in .issues file. But I have not found user
level entry points. How can user use this? Is .issues
some standard file format that I can get directly from
issues database? I can recall I have seen "View as XML"
link in latest versions of Issuezilla and Bugzilla.
