tasks that could use help

I know I haven't been good about communicating what needs
to be implemented on the suggestions side; things have been
in a high state of flux. But I think it's settling down now,
and a couple of people have asked how they can help.

So I'm going to put together a tasklist of stuff that needs
to be done (actually I already have it - I'm using the tasklist
module of course, but it needs to be cleaned up for public
consumption) so that you can grab tasks you're interested in,
and such that we can finish this thing as soon as possible.

I'd really like to get it into NetBeans 3.5/4.0.
