I honestly don't know - I've never used bugzilla.

But I believe issuezilla is based on bugzilla so I think they
are compatible.

Note that the bug module is less mature than the other modules
(that's why it has a lower version number).

If bugzilla has an XML output option (issuezilla uses xml.cgi?id=")
it will probably work, but note that the buglist module may
have some hardcoded netbeans.org stuff.

Take a look at the source code; it should be pretty easy to plug
in another bug engine.   Check the following issues:

No, you should be able to check it out without any permissions (you
don't have to be an observer either - it doesn't seem to do anything;
you don't automatically get subscribed to mail aliases, you don't get
write-cvs privileges, etc.)

Can you check out other NetBeans modules from CVS, e.g. does "cvs co
java" work for you?  If so, just do "cvs co tasklist".  If not, consult
the CVS page on netbeans.org (google should find it) for troubleshooting
help on getting to the NetBeans repository.
