Availability on Beta and addressing of existing P1/P2 issues (if any) is 
a requirement. Basic accessibility support and UI conformance are highly 
desirable.

Then I think that community acceptance is more important than anything 
else for moving the modules to the Stable update center. It seems that 
many users have been using the modules and waiting for the new version 
eagerly. So I'm sure they will be willing to provide feedback and 
quality assessment.
