[TF-dev] CTI v1.1 and new registration process in about 2 weeks

Dear all,

This is to inform you that in about 2 weeks, CTI v1.1 will be released.

Apart from some bug fixing and enhancements, there will be a new 
registration process for new CTI users.
New contributors will need to first sign Sun Contributor Agreement 
(SCA), after doing that, they will be able to register to CTI using 
their SCA ID.
Current users need not re-register again, however you will be asked to 
update your profile, especially your SCA ID.
