On the shortcuts.
I try to keep the same letter as the English where possible.
If there is no such letter I don't & any. I think you can set your own 
shortcuts?
if it is &up and &down I would make it naarboven en naarbene&den

We will make this an item to work out in the future.
Maybe other locales have found a solution for this. Maybe they will put 
in their 2 cents on this issue :-)
