[TF-dev] NetBeans_6.7_properties_platform_javase project will be restarted

Hi Jean-Francois, Jake, and all working on Java SE modules translation,

I am going to restart the NetBeans_6.7_properties_platform_javase now. 
All java se projects will disappear for a while and then a new set of 
smaller files will be used.
This should allow you to use the "Show All" function in WS, and 
hopefully make the work with the current file structure friendlier.
