[TF-dev] help building netbeans locales

Hello,

I need help building netbeans locales. I did the following:

hg clone http://hg.netbeans.org/main-golden and ant in the main-golden
folder. A few hours and it's stil compiling. 
How do I build the locale data? Where do I put the files I modiffied?
