Hi all, the server side is abut Java servlets but this is not accessible for external development because we use proprietary API provided by the 3rd party company. The client is a set of java scripts and html templates. If there is an interest from a community, I expect they can work on the client (with well described protocol between client and server that is not available at this moment). The goal of this question is to find out a potential and general interest of helping with CTI (which may not be just about coding).
