[TF-dev] Integrate new/update translations for catalan language

Hi,

I wonder if it would be possible update the translations for language
Catalan. We have fixed some strings, and we have also translated more
strings. Furthermore, we are changing  from double apostrophes ( ' ' ) to
single ( ' ).

We are grateful for your support, especially we want to congratulate Masaki
and Petra for their work.
