Hi Emi,
The person responsible for confirming the NB_JCA SCA is currently on 
holiday, he will be back in a week.
Please forward me your SCA so that I know this has been done.
When I have your SCA, feel free to login to CTI using your your user 
name as SCA ID.
I will have your name appear on the list of signatories soon.
