Hi Ruzette, Thank you for joining the community translation team! :-) You can start with Filipino translations as soon as you complete the first steps [1]. We use CTI (Community Translation Interface) for translations [2]. This is a great timing to start, as we are just starting with NetBeans 6.8 translations. You can start with Platform [3] (page will be fully updated to 68 soon). Once you have created the CTI account, you can start translating. Let us know if any troubles.
