[TF-dev] Updating galician translation of netbeans

This is just a message to inform Petra and Masaki that our team is
translating the packages that have less strings to translate and
reviewing the previous files.

The main focus is to import that translations and reviews to the next
version (6.8). What is the due time to send you the TMX or source files?
