Cool, Romanian is also there :-)

Strangely though, the language isn't enforced. So on OSX I still have  
to add --locale ro:RO to netbeans.conf otherwise it's still English.

So it boils down to the operating system's locale and not the  
localized installer you download.

PS: The mixed English / Romanian doesn't look that nice though -- a  
full JavaSE l10n is needed...
