Hi Paulo,
Translations are usually done in the CTI tool (community translation 
interface). [1]
To access the CTI, you need to register, and for registration you need 
to sign the SCA (SunContributorAgreement) first. (So, please go ahead 
with the "First Steps". :-) )
Once this is done, if you want and have the energy, you can start 
translating the Platform [2]. I can prepare the files for you once you 
confirm you want to go ahead.
I will confirm the previous translations in the meantime.
