[[TF-dev]] Contribute for Portuguese(Portugal) translation

Hi Paulo,

Portuguese-Portugal files are ready for translation in CTI/OpenCTI:

As for the previous translations, so far we were not able to find any 
translation memories for this. If anyone has translation memories with 
previous pt-pt translations, please send them on to me, I will import 
them into our system.
