Hi Fran, Thank you a lot for the summary of current OpenCTI issues. Could you please file these bugs on http://kenai.com/jira/browse/CTI ? Some of the issues are known (e.g. http://kenai.com/jira/browse/CTI-64 - text does not wrap); for others it will be great to have a list that the CTI team can easily look into.
