[TF-dev] restart of projects in CTI (unavailable for a while)

These projects have been restarted:
> NetBeans_6.8_properties_platform (ar, zh-tw, cz, pl, pt, ro) > no 
> changes to word count updates (stays the same)
> NetBeans_6.8_properties_platform_javase (ca_ES, nl, fr, de, it, ko, 
> es, sv, tr, ru) > 1% update
> NetBeans_6.8_properties_all (Galician) > seems no change (translation 
> status the same - 37%)
These should be the last updates to NB 6.8 (unless any other last-minute 
changes).
You can go on translating.

FYI - for these property files, we have started using again the "larger 
bulk" files - i.e. there is "appisupport.kit" containing all the 
appisupport files in one file (before it was still split into smaller 
files).
This way it is better for our processing.
I hope this is ok for you too, if not, please let me know for future 
updates.
