Filippo, you only need to change this status on 
http://wiki.netbeans.org/TFLanguageTeams.

About NetBeans_6.8 translations available in CTI/OpenCTI - they will 
remain active there till NetBeans 6.9 Beta (around March-April), so 
anyone, feel free to make adjustments or continue translating.
As Masaki informed us, there is a weekly build running on the current 
translations, so the adjustments/updates to translations are propagated 
every week.
