[TF-dev] Closing NetBeans 6.8 projects on CTI now

Dear All,

I am going to close all open projects on CTI for NetBeans 6.8 due to 
some internal system updates.
If any of you are still making changes to the translations, simply let 
me know and I will restart your project very soon.

As for NB 6.9 Beta translation, we are now working on the schedule - so 
once this is clarified, I will update you on the dates of NB 6.9 
translations.
