[TF-dev] NB Platform - new languages - start translation?

Hi all,
This concerns newly added languages as requested on doodle.

Some of you signed up for new languages and projects are available in 
OpenCTI, but no one is actually translating them.
If you signed up and if you are planning to start translating into one 
of the languages below, please let me know.
We will enable the locale in builds.
Please let me know even if you do not have time to translate now, but 
you would still like to make contributions for NB 6.9 - *translations 
can go on even after NB 6.9 is officially released*.
