[TF-dev] NetBeans_691_release_docs for ca_ES, de, gl_ES, es - 700 words for translation

Here's an unsolicited translation call out:
If you would like, you can translate updated release documentation for 
NB 6.9.1 release.
I created projects for the above languages, available in OpenCTI. The 
amount of update is 700 words.
If anyone else would like to translate into another language, please let 
me know. (French? Italian? Others? :-) )
The release of NB 6.9.1 is planned for the middle of this week, so if 
you would like to contribute, please finish by then, we will publish asap.
