Hi Imad,

Welcome to Netbeans Community, there are many other users working on
NetBeans localization into french language (like Jean-François), so use this
list to coordinate your efforts, I think that any help to french team would
be much appreciated, as well as in any other language.
Until a french member does not contact with you (it will be shortly), I
belive that you would like take a look at our current web-based translation
platform, http://translate.sun.com/opencti/
