[TF-dev] Why is harness.kit part of the NetBeans Platform localization ? (Also, Romanian localization restarts)

Hy,

Harness.kit looks to me like a developer-only artifact so I'm not entirely
certain it's something we should spend time localizing (into Romanian).

Why is the harness.kit included by default next to the platform.kit cluster
? We are most likely not going to translate it regardless, but I'm just
wondering...

BTW, we are resuming the NetBeans Platform Romanian localization starting
next week, should get to 100% in time for 7.0.

With someone officially in charge of this I hope to be able to follow
development more closely, the Romanian translation was basically abandoned
during 2010.
