Hi Team,

We're going to close all 7.0 projects on OpenCTI by end of today, please 
plan your translation accordinly.

The next version (NetBeans 7.0.1, which is a very minor update, it is a 
a bugfix-only release. ) will be ready for translation next week, I'll 
send out an email once the new projects are created on OpenCTI.
