Coordination is always one of the great challenges for community=20
projects. When we come to translation project, it is even more=20
complicated, because we have the consistency issue to think about - I=20
believe this is an issue for every translation team, no matter they are=20
community teams or translation companies/agencies. For the later, style=20
guides/glossaries/commercial tools are used to help members to ensure=20
lexicons/translation are consistent. This may be the right direction for=20
us to follow in order to solve our problem. But we all know that's not=20
something we can finish in a day or two, having sponsors/coordinators=20
will be a major help for us to achieve those goals.
