Libor, I like your attitude. Are you preparing NetBeans for XML
release? :-) Besides Sun is considering to focus even more to
Java IDE direction affecting its contribution to the XML project.

I do not understand "external contributor" term. I never made any
differences among contributors. I know that initial rules contained
a lot of discriminations for non-Sun contributions but most
of them has been eliminated (I know, you and Jesse were involved
a lot in this process).
