Waiting for approval. Unfortunatelly it was issued as internal Sun
request and XHTML support is not Sun priority. Recently I saw a
workaround used by Jesse. He posted his legal request to nbdiscuss
following scrambler documentation recommendation. So he did not
follow internal/proprietary process anymore.

Besides nobody has responded yet :-(.
